Service Description

Convertly Video offers online video processing tools: compression, conversion, resizing, and other modifications. Premium features are described on the pricing page.

Pricing

Prices for paid services are displayed including tax on the pricing page. Convertly Video reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with new prices applying to new orders.

Payment and Billing

Payments are made through Stripe, a secure payment platform. An invoice is sent by email after each transaction.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services once their execution has begun with your prior agreement and express waiver.

Termination

For subscriptions, termination can be done at any time from your customer area. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of France.
